Optometrist - Bsc Hons McOptom Dip Tp (IP)

Claire works between Bridge of Allan and our Perth practice.Claire also studied in Glasgow and qualified in 2015 with a First Class Honours. She is a Member of the College of Optometrists and has supervised 2 pre-reg optometrists & 1 dispensing optician. Claire worked as a mobile Optometrist between Lothian, Borders & Fife Health Boards before becoming a resident Senior Optometrist in Edinburgh & then joining the Salmoni Group. She also qualified as an Independent Prescribing Optometrist in 2021.Outside of work Claire enjoys walking her dog, baking & crafting and  began learning Gaelic during lockdown.  Claire recently raised funds for a defibrillator for our Perth practice by running a half marathon and generated further donations for Sight Saving Surgery by walking part of the West Highland Way.
