FBDO – Dispensing Optician

Heather began working as an Optical Assistant in 2009 after graduating from Edinburgh University with a BSc in Medical Biology. She began her career at Salmonis in 2012, joining as a student Dispensing Optician and then graduating with a Diploma in 2015. Heather works both on the shop floor and in the in-house lab. Heather now works part time to look after her young family at home. In her spare time Heather enjoys going to the beach, day trips and camping holidays with her family.
